Crypto supposes to be immutable and safe but it got hacked all the time.

ChatGPT described crypto hacking is:

Crypto hacking refers to the unauthorized access and manipulation of cryptocurrency systems and exchanges, with the intention of stealing funds or sensitive information. This can be achieved through various means such as phishing, malware attacks, and exploiting vulnerabilities in software. It is important for cryptocurrency users to practice good security measures such as using strong passwords and two-factor authentication to protect their assets and information.

The crypto industry lost $3B in 2022 due to hacking.

So why the digital assets get hacked all the time?

Technology continues progressing, the security is progressing too.

When someone creates money through new technology, it has yet to be tested without possibly exhausting its security until it gets breached.

As long as the security is connected to the internet, it is up for someone to grab.

The best way is to cut off the internet connection.

But since you also relied on the internet to transact the asset, it is difficult not to use the internet.

You just don't know when your digital asset is about to get hacked.
